Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of August 13, 2008, was motioned by Jose Diosdado and second by Jose Briones.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Rick Hendricks nothing to report.

Assessor: Monty Wellborn - If anyone interested in being assessed, please contact Monty Wellborn or Jose Diosdado.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Nothing to Report.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado reported that the soccer season for HNSL has started. Review of game assignments.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley reported that the date for recertification will be scheduled within the next two months.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage announced that meeting to be held after the General Meeting.

Old Business: Nothing.

New Business: Appointment of Selection Committee- Joe Fleming, Monty Wellborn, and Cathy Short.

Training was conducted by Nigel Holman. Review of the Offside Call. Wait and See. "Give the benefit of the doubt to attacking soccer". Points to remember - active participation and touch or play the ball.
