Date: September 9, 2009

Call to Order at 7:02 p.m. by President Gina Gomez.

August Minutes were motion for acceptance by Joe Fleming and second by Jose Briones.

Treasurer Report: No change from last month.  Gary mentioned that another family member, only, could pick up checks if they have a notarized request from the referee.  This was for High Noon checks only.  Gary reminded everyone, especially the new referees, that they would be paid in October for games done in September.  It is their responsibility to keep track of games by game number that have not been paid.

High Noon Soccer League Report: "No cards no play" is the words for this coming weekend.  They do not necessarily need to be assembled.  The assignment pages on the LCSRA web site were discussed.  The referee list was referenced as to the color code for needing a Conflict Sheet (gray on their first name) and Referee/HNSL Agreement (Purple on their last name).

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Again, no card no play is in effect.  If you want to do MVSL games, you need to get a conflict sheet to Bill Lindemann and sign a Referee/MVSL agreement form.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks: There will be a Grade 9 clinic on September 13 for the Adults that are needed to represent a team.  It will cost $70.  For those that do not make the four training classes through this year, there will be ONE free clinic this fall.  After that all other clinics will have a cost.

Assessor Remarks: Robert Gage introduced himself as the Director of Assessment and made know to the new referees that there is the possiblity that some senior referee may come along side during a game and give a lot of free advice to better do the job.  They are there only to help; listen and learn.

Youth Referee Information: No report.
