Lisa Willman stated that the league needs help assigning. League president Frank Moreno is offering to pay for an assistant assignor. There was discussion on Coaches behavior. Referee must document bad behavior in the game report. If it is not documented, it never happened.

General Meeting

Jose Briones called the meeting to order at 7:10PM. Minutes not posted from last

month’s meeting.

Treasury Report: Gary Manley reported the following:

Checking account: $3,403.64

CD: $4,840.54

Erik Tuchfarber was at the meeting for Arbiter training. Not to many referees in attendance expressed a need for help.

Tom Duttle: Referees must show up when assigned or communicate with the Center Referee and the assignor (Erik Tuchfarber). Game Reports to remain the old way which is done through the referee website for this season. There is a 5 game daily self-assign limit in Arbiter. Tom stated that we need mentors for the new grade 9 referees.

Checks will continue to be distributed in the same manner as always, at the monthly meetings.

Bill Lindemann: As the assignor for the MVSL it would help me greatly if I could see what referees are assigned to LCYSL games in my work for the MVSL. Bill also gave details for the upcoming Whole Enchilada Soccer Classic Tournament.

Joe Fleming: Tailgate party after NMSU soccer game on 9/24/11. Game starts at 1:00PM.
