Thread: Black Uni 8/0 or UTC 70
Abdomen: Red 11/0 glass bead (Czech or Japanese seed) and thread built up
Legs: grizzly or black hackle trimmed on
bottom (this helps it stay flat in the film)
Thorax: thread built
Optional: You can coat the thread on the
body with head cement or Sally Hansen Hard as Nails to keep the thread from fraying..
