Hook: TMC 200R #18 to #22 or any small curved nymph hook
Thread: Ultra Blue Dun Or Grey
Body: Under body: thread
Over body: Clear Midge Tubing or any small clear tubing
Gills: Fluoro Fiber or similar fine antron white
Wing case: Flashabou pearl or pearl tinsel small over White razor foam
Thorax: Grey Super Fine Dubbing.Tim Mack came up with this fly by modifing a few different patterns. Works well on the San Juan. Other good colors to have are brown, black, olive and even red.
