Administration Committee Minutes
March 12,

Present: Austin Breck, Don Behnke, Winnie Quinzi,
Lyn Ames, John Grant, Bill Marlowe
Excused: Donna Mathis
Don related the website information at last session
meeting, and the committees are discussing their needs at meetings this
week.
Don is researching this to ensure that financial
information is secured by proper use of passwords. Passwords will be
given to the appropriate employees and committee members.
Fund Raising Idea
Leftover funds from 2012 were placed into savings.
As the books for 2012 have been closed, if there is a need for organ
repair, funds will be taken from savings to cover the cost.
Church employees only are entitled to direct
deposit of paychecks. Checks for contracted services will not be
deposited directly.
Janitorial Fee
Fee for building use was discussed. It was decided
that the fee should be increased from $75 for whole facility use, to
$100 for each building used. There has been no increase for at least 7
years.
Janet McPherson was commended for her faithful
service in weekly recording of attendance at the Sunday worship service.
As she is moving away, we will need to find another church member to
take on this responsibility. A notice will be placed in the Good News
regarding this.
The meeting was closed with prayer by Bill Marlowe.
Next meeting will be held on April 9
