much was accomplished. Several tasks still need to be completed: These
are addressed below under new business.

moderator that we again hire someone to work on alternate Saturdays to
keep the kitchen clean. The motion passed.

be gone on the following dates:

completed and expected to be approved and construction commenced this
month. We still need contributions to help retire our debt against this
program.
- Columbarium. The project is moving and was
advanced during work day by Robert McPherson who scraped the site with
his tractor. The project is being managed by the Congregational Life
Ministry with support as needed from the Buildings and Grounds
Committee.
- The committee reviewed and approved a request from
the Congregational Life committee to construct shelves in the Deacon’s
room closet. No cost to the church is involved.
- In response to an apparent need for more
illumination between the sanctuary and Jones Hall it was decided to
increase the wattage of bulbs in that area and evaluate the results.
-
Children’s’ Garden Tasks from work day need to yet be completed-
- Additional bulletin board tack strips will be
planned and installed over the following weeks.
