General Items:
1. Kathy can put CLO items on
facebook but she would like contributors to write up the item of interest
2. Kathy purchased new coffee
carafe (around $14) and CLO thought that was an expense for Buildings and
Grounds Committee
3. Will will look into putting
articles of interest to youth in Good News/Lantern
4. CLO will help Stephen
summarize CLO functions over a typical year.
5. Still need lock for CLO
closet (B&G).
Review of recent activities
A. Picnic and hymn sing had
about 100 people attend. Eunjeong Moe and Greg Sherman did great! We could
improve by finding better music stands/holders for both of them.
E. Graduation Sunday worked out
well. Three half sheets of cake was about right. Expenses were $109 (books), $76
(cakes), and $15 (carnations). Punch was free (leftover). Combining with
mothers’ day seemed to work ok.
