Minutes of December 14, 2010 Meeting

 The meeting was opened with prayer at 7:05 p.m.

 PRESENT: Moderator Alex Burr, Richard Paul, Bob Taylor, and Blaine Goss

 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of the October meeting were approved, (no meeting or minutes for November).

 MISSION BOOKLET: Two misprints in the draft were reported. It was mentioned that two pages have to be completely rewritten. Several pictures are missing. A problem with the name Bhangi in the Dalit project was identified. Estimated cost of 500 booklets was somewhat less than $500.

BUDGET: It was determined that a budget the same as asked for in 2009 with the restoration of the discretionary fund level to the previously requested level of $1000 (needed for the publication of the booklet) be requested.

CHRISTMAS JOY SPECIAL OFFERING: Blaine Goss volunteered to give the Minute For Mission.

 2010 GOALS: It was determined that at least two of the goals should be the publication of the updated mission booklet and the presentation of more missionaries to the congregation.

 ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was closed with prayer at 7:40 p.m.
