The meeting was opened with prayer by Kate at 7:02 pm.

Minutes for the February meeting were approved.

Work on the Missions Book was reviewed. Mike brought a sample map, got some feedback, and will come to the next meeting with all the maps needed. Jean got a written response from the Barrons and information from John Nelson regarding Pasos de Fe which will be incorporated into the book. She has not yet gotten a response from the Pontiers. Other sections are okay as is or need minor checking.

There was some discussion about the format, cover, and printing of the Missions Book. Alex will get a quote for printing for both black and white and color.

The February financial report shows that a check was sent in error to the Lyttons. Kate will contact Patti to see what to do next.

Also to mention to Patti is that the Suri project is ending and the money that was going to that project needs to go only to the Baale project now. The Baale project will be ending at the end of 2014.
