 Old Business

            Missions booklet status is a work in process

            Donna Evans’ visit – Kate e-mailed Norm to make sure that Sept. 15 was okay but got no response.  Please designate someone to talk to Norm to double check and let Kate know via e-mail so she can confirm with Donna. Richard Paul will contact Norm to confirm date.

             The Trudell’s will be staying with the Rankins during their visit here in December.

             Don Behnke contacted Leticia Chavez-Paulette with A Peaceful Habitation regarding her request for assistance.  He told her we did not have financial resources to commit at the moment but might have some in-kind contributions.  He didn’t hear back from her.

 New Business

Paul Deason the Cub Scout Committee Chairman for Pack 62 (the church’s pack) who visited the committee to request funding for the pack. His request for $1,000.00 for a line item in the mission committee budget each year to pay for the chartering of the pack. That the pack is required to do every year with the Boy Scouts of America. The committee at this time does not have funds available to do this but will help to allow fund raisers at the church.

            Reminder:  We have after church Fellowship September 1.
