Missions Committee Minutes

November 12, 2013

Present: Kate Puckett, Jacqui Jones, Collette Walz, Alex Burr, Jean O’Neill

Excused: Mike Bartholomew

 

The meeting was opened with prayer by Jacqui at 7:05 pm.

  

The committee continued planning for the Trudell’s visit.  Jean is helping organize a group women’s circle/study group event.  We will also ask them to an informal “behind the scenes” meeting where they can tell the committee about parts of their work that they may not share with other groups.

 

We would also like to create a flyer to be put in the bulletin a week before they present.

 

The Missions Book is in final draft.  A few final updates need to be made and it needs to be proof read.  Hopefully it will be ready for reproduction before the end of the year.
