Missions Committee Meeting – December 9, 2014-Minutes

 

Members present: Blaine Goss, Alex Burr, and Mike Bartholomew

 

After approving the minutes of the prior month’s meeting, we reviewed the monthly financial reports and assumed that our 2015 budget total will not change.

 

A significant concern was the budget line for Presbytery.  Earlier in the month, we expressed our concern that we knew nothing of how the mission monies were spent by Presbytery.  We formally asked for expense reports and expect to hear from Presbytery soon. 

Since the committee was unable to determine how the monies were spent, we voted to postpone monthly support to Presbytery for the first 3 months of 2015.
