Cities
of Gold Casino is nestled in the Pojoaque Valley, with a
beautiful
view of the Jemez Mountains.
It
is one of the smaller New Mexico casinos, but is one of my
favorites.
The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, and
the
action lively. A plus is that it has the charm and atmosphere
that
only a smaller casino can have. It offers the usual mix of slot
machines
and table games. The one gaming activity that sets Cities of Gold apart
from most of the the other casinos is that it has quarter roulette. For us “nickel
and dime” gamblers, that is a big attraction.
Camel
Rock and Ohkay are a few miles down the road. Well worth a visit.
