In the early days, the Santa  Ana Star Casino was housed in what reminded me of an old school cafeteria.
There were slot machines and a few table games, but nothing really inspiring.  I suspect there was also a bingo hall, but never looked for it.  They have come a long way!  It seems the Santa Ana Star is always adding something. The new facility has all of the amenities of the other large New Mexico casinos, and is quite spacious.   They have added a concert arena, more restaurants, and a bowling  center. They are also constructing a  hotel.  It is turning into a true casino and resort.  Check it out.
