This
is a proposal for a new imprint of DC Comics to be known as "DC Superman
National Periodical Publications"-- not a replacement for what the company
is doing now, but a completely separate, self-contained imprint functioning
independently of the main line.
This
proposal describes 12 monthly 100-page Super-Spectaculars, each with four
features per title. The comics are not done as a pastiche or an homage
to a more simpler time - these are modern-day, all-ages comics starring
characters based upon their classic Silver Age / Bronze Age depictions. |
