I will attempt to answer these questions in the following work, showing that history as we know it is indeed driven by forces behind the scenes -- using a Plan for human society made far in advance; which has been carefully and slowly implemented, using the technique of "gradualism," -- one little step at a time, barely noticed, until one day we wake up to find that it seems irresistable, and we, the "common people," are slaves of the "Elite" on the "Global Plantation."
