Installing the Mopar Subwoofer (50-watt amplifier and an 8" woofer - hidden in the left rear-quarter trim panel)

Installed by Norm and Pat with very little guidance from Peaches.

When ordering the Subwoofer we expected to receive a small package, but when we went to pick it up we were very surprised to find a new rear-quarter panel with the woofer and amp already attached. With the pictorial instructions included we found installing the subwoofer was simple. Removing the panel and several other pieces on the pillar and threshold was a snap (no pun intended) since they just snapped off. The provided cable with harness and ground strap was run the full length of the car from the rear to the back of the dash. It helps to have small hands to be able to feed the cabling behind the dash to the opening for the radio, but otherwise the rest of the procedure was easy. Total time expended was approximately three hours - mostly because we were very careful not to break any of the securing tabs. The new sound is awesome!
