I am very impressed with your service. Previously I was with a national service. They started-out pretty fair, but their service became less than satisfactory. Several days ago I had a problem and emailed tech support about a username/password glitch. I also emailed my wife through another server (I'm in Saudi Arabia) and asked her to call. My problem was solved in a very short time and my wife said that at least 5 people called her to see if everything was ok. KUDO'S to the tech support people. You are a class act.

I have found that when I call for help the technicians have been friendly and helpful. They have either helped me immediately or researched the info and gotten back to me quickly. Thanks Zianet, I appreciate it.
