He, like everyone at zianet, was most helpful,
informative, and patient. Especially with us older, and much
less knowledgeable, computer users, it's important that we
are not "talked down to." I'm happy to say that zianet techs
are most courteous. And we thank you!

I am very impressed with your service. Previously I was
with a national service. They started-out pretty fair, but
their service became less than satisfactory. Your techs were
all very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I appreciate
the rapid availability of their help. They were a great help
in simplifing what seemed complicated to me, and never made
me feel foolish, or as though I was asking stupid questions.

Several days ago I had a problem and emailed tech
support about a username/password glitch. I also emailed my
wife through another server (I'm in Saudi Arabia) and asked
her to call. My problem was solved in a very short time
and my wife said that at least 5 people called her to see if
everything was ok. KUDO'S to the tech support people. You
are a class act.
I have found that when I call for help the technicians
have been friendly and helpful. They have either helped me
immediately or researched the info and gotten back to me
quickly. Thanks Zianet, I appreciate it.

provide. I have never once been disappointed in your service,
and I have always received excellent tech support when I
needed it. Even when questions I had went beyond the scope
of tech duties. I have always spoken highly of zianet
