Integrated Health Management and Consulting
As part of your
Business Health Assessment, we take a look at your organization’s current
health-related offerings and link them together for improved efficiency and
cost-savings. All too often, organizations lack a coordinated approach to
addressing employee’s needs. You may already have programs in place
that improve your employee’s health and yet the existence or duplication
of these programs may be completely unknown, even by management. Once we evaluate
your current offerings, we can help you enhance your program, or create a
new one, customized especially for your work environment. Our goal is to is
provide your employees with the information they need to make healthier, smarter
lifestyle choices.

Reporting and Evaluation
WelCo flexible
tracking and measuring capabilities allows us to report on the number of individuals
participating, how selected groups compare with others, and how many are improving
their health. In addition we can monitor changes in health screening data
such as blood pressure, weight and cholesterol. Trends in group activity tracking,
including whether participation is increasing and/or decreasing, the number
of participants meeting goals, and which events are most popular can be evaluated.
