Long, long ago, the NSF used to publish a newspaper called "The Tropical Times".  An actual paper newspaper!  Then they started sending the "paper" out as a PDF attachment to an email.  Then, they posted them on the NSF website, then on the SNIC site, and now (2018) on Facebook.  If you want to see the new "papers", go to:
